Samsung Pay App Download : Samsung Mobile Payment App is now accessible in India. The Samsung has introduced the Samsung Pay app a few weeks ago. Samsung Pay app works with all major banks along with Paytm, UPI. 

The Samsung Pay app was downloaded at Samsung Pay India Launch event, NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant. Samsung Pay app has been introduced specially to encourage the digital payments through out India.  Samsung Pay Application also supports the American Express cards.

Samsung pay app combines NFC (Near Field Communication) and MST(Magnetic Secure Transmission) technologies. This provides the high safety and security in payments which allows the user to send the magnetic signal from Smartphone to the payment terminal’s card reader.

Samsung Pay Associated banks and UPI integration

Many banks have been associated with the Samsung Pay application, such as ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, SBI, HDFC Bank, Standard Chartered and American Express. Also, it was announced that the company support Gear S3 smartwatch.

UPI based payment app PayTm is also associated with Samsung Payapp.

AT presents the beta version of Samsung, UPI integration was used. After 2 weeks, this will be launched. UPI ID for the Samsung Pay application is @pingpay. Create a user ID for the Samsung Pay application, @ pingpay username. According to the report, Samsung's UPI solution is powered by Axis Bank.

The Samsung Pay app will be available in 12 markets worldwide, including the United States, China, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Spain, Australia, Russia, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Malaysia .

Axis Bank users can get up to Rs. 1,000 cashback.
SBI credit card users rise to Rs. 100 cashback per transaction.
HDFC Bank users get 5x reward points on credit cards and 5% reimbursement on debit cards.
ICICI Bank users receive up to 50 percent refund on credit and debit card transactions,
Mastercard users would get an instant 20% discount on Pizza Hut orders, an instant 15% discount on Barista orders and discounts on certain combos at Café Coffee Day.
Paytm users get up to 100% refund on movie tickets;

Standard Approved users receive up to 20 percent refund on credit card and debit transactions.
How To Set Up Samsung Pay App/Application?

Download and install the Samsung Pay application on a compatible device.
Start the Samsung Pay app and enter your Samsung account information. If you do not have a Samsung account, click Sign up and create an account.
Read the instructions and click the OK button.
Users can set the fingerprint as the verification method, click Use fingerprint. If you do not enter your fingerprint on your device, you will have the chance to do so.
Users can also choose Samsung Pay Pin instead of the fingerprint, then click on jump. If you do not have a pin, you will need to set one.
Enter your card details after configuring the application.

Adding Debit Or Credit Card To Samsung Pay Application?

Initially start Samsung pay Application.
Navigate to Add Card.
Bring your payment card inside the frame. Samsung Pay will automatically detect the card number and expiration date. If your device cannot detect the card information then click on Enter card manually.
Enter the required information’s and click on NEXT.
Go through all Terms of Service and click on Agree To All.
To authenticate your identity, touch the desired verification method.
Enter the OTP and submit.
And also, Enter your signature and Save.
To complete the process, click on Done.

How to Make Payments using Samsung Pay App? 

Open the Samsung payment request.
To access your favorite cards, drag up at the bottom of the screen.
Switch to the desired card.
Verify your identity using your fingerprint or PIN Secret Secret Samsung.
Now place the back of your device on the NFC card (Near Field Communication) on the payment terminal.
If your connection is lost or lost, try scanning the card again by clicking the retry icon. In this process, you will not be required to verify your identity again.
In case you need some specific traders or terminals, you may want to ask yourself to check that the total fees are correct while others will require a signature.
